Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens so we will honor a one time cancellation grace if not in the 24 hour window. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged a 50% fee of your total service booked. If you cancel again we will require a deposit before you can book and this will be taken off your appointment total at the time you pay for your service. Our girls will work hard to schedule you when you want but we can’t continue that if we have no shows and late cancellations. Thank you for understanding.
